Turn Off - Quectel SC200K Series Instruction Manual

The module can power on automatically through CBL_PWR_N pin. Reference circuit is shown as below.
NOTE
If the module turns on automatically through CBL_PWR_N pin, it cannot be turned off manually. In such
case, it can be turned off only by cutting off the power supply of system.

3.3. Turn Off

The module can be turned off by driving PWRKEY low for at least 1 s. Then the module will detect a
turn-off action and a prompt window will pop up on the screen. You can choose to turn off the module in
the prompt window.
The other way to turn off the module is to drive PWRKEY low for at least 8 s. The turn-off timing is
illustrated in the following figure.
