3.2.1. Turn On Module with PWRKEY

The module can be turned on by driving PWRKEY low for at least 2.5 s after VBAT is powered on.
PWRKEY is pulled up to VBAT internally.
It is recommended to use an open collector driver to control the PWRKEY. A reference circuit is illustrated
in the following figure.
Another way to control the PWRKEY is by using a button directly. A TVS component needs to be placed
nearby the button for ESD protection. Additionally, a 1 kΩ resistor is connected in series to PWRKEY. A
reference circuit is shown in the following figure.
