Assembly & Installation Text Here Step 1: Assemble the Base F (x1) G (x1) H (x5) Gas Lift Base Casters Cylinder Firmly insert the 5x Casters (H) into the bottom of the Base (G), then insert the Gas Lift Cylinder (F) into the top of the Base (G) with the rod side up. - Page 6 Step 3: Attach the Tilt Mechanism to the Seat E (x1) J (x2) K (x2) N (x4) Q (x1) Tilt M6x40 M6x45 M8x17 5mm Hex Mechanism Screws Screws Washers Attach the Tilt Mechanism (E) to the Seat (C) using 2x M6x45 Screws (K) towards the front of the Seat, 2x M6x40 Screws (J) towards the back of the Seat and 4x M8x17 Washers (N) as seen below.
- Page 7 Step 5: Attach the Tilt Mechanism to the Gas Lift Cylinder Line up the hole on the Tilt Mechanism to the Gas Lift Cylinder and attach the two parts together. Ensure that it is properly attached by applying weight on the Seat. Step 6: Attach the Headrest to the Back B (x1) I (x1)

Adjustability Seat Height Raise the seat height by pulling up on the lever. Lower the seat height by sitting in the chair and pulling up on the lever, Headrest Adjust the headrest height and tilt angle to the desired position by applying pressure up or down. - Page 9 Backrest Tension Adjust the tension in the backrest by spinning the knob underneath the seat. Turn right to increase tension and turn left to decrease tension. Seat Depth Adjust the depth of the seat by pulling up on the forward lever. Slide the seat forward by pushing off from the backrest.
