TROUBLESHOOTING

If these solutions do not solve the problem, contact an authorised service centre.
Problem

The battery charge is low.

Solution
Charge the battery.
Disconnect the charger from product.
Insert the start key, and turn it to the ON position.
Check and clean all the battery connections.
Insert the start key, and turn to the ON position.
Pull up the joystick.
Move the joystick in the preferred direction (forward or reverse).
Release the brake pedal and the parking brake, then set the
joystick in the neutral position to reset the product.
Disconnect the charger from the product.
Sit down fully on the seat, return the joystick to the neutral
position, and try again.
Check the tyre pressure in all four tyres.
Perform cutting deck level adjustment.
Replace the blade.
Clean the underside of the mower deck.
Mow at a slower speed.
Wait until the grass dries before mowing.
Mow once at a high cutting height, then mow again at the
preferred height.
Replace the blade.
Mow at a slower speed.
Replace the blade.
Turn off the product, and remove the start key. Inspect the product
for damage. Have the product serviced by an authorised service
centre before restarting.
