b) Remove the LEFT crank using the crank extractor.
*ATTENTION: Ensure that the crank extractor is screwed into the crank at a straight angle.
c) 1º Hold the crank with one hand and tighten the extractor with the adjustable spanner.
2º Hold the crank with one hand and tighten the extractor ´s bolt with the adjustable
spanner until the crank has completely loosened from the axle.
2) Loosen the locking nut of the BB spindle
a) Remove the rubber cap.
b) Loosen the M20 x 1.0P locking nut using 30mm deep socket wrench with ratchet head
wrench.
