turn
quietly and steadily.
TO OPEN:
Turn the dial slowly
and stop accurately on the numbers.
If you turn past any number, begin
again with
the first number.
TO
CLOSE:
Turn
dial five full
revolutions
to

RIGHT
wrrn.
but do not jerk or whirl dial.
