t ALWAYS make sure lift frames are parallel within 2" and aligned evenly front and back. Failure to do so could cause
lift frames to become unstable and not rest squarely on floor surface.
DO NOT leave the controls while the jack is still in motion.
t
DO NOT stand directly in front of the vehicle or in the bay when vehicle is being loaded into position.
t
DO NOT go near vehicle or attempt to work on the vehicle when being raised or lowered.
t
REMAIN CLEAR of jack when raising or lowering vehicle.
t
DO NOT rock the vehicle while on the jack or remove any heavy component from vehicle that may cause excessive
t
weight shift.
DO NOT lower the vehicle until people, materials, and tools are clear.
t
ALWAYS ENSURE that the safeties are engaged before any attempt is made to work on or near vehicle.
t
Some vehicle maintenance and repair activities may cause the vehicle to shift. Follow the manufacturer's guidelines
t
when performing these operations. The use of jack stands or alternate lift points may be required when completing
some repairs.
READ AND UNDERSTAND all safety warning procedures before operating jack.
t
KEEP HANDS AND FEET CLEAR. Remove hands and feet from any moving parts. Keep feet clear of jack when lowering.
t
Avoid pinch points.
ONLY TRAINED OPERATORS should operate this jack. All non-trained personnel should be kept away from work area.
t
Never let non-trained personnel come in contact with, or operate jack.
USE JACK CORRECTLY. Use jack in the proper manner. Never use lifting adapters other than what is approved by the
t
manufacturer.
CLEAR AREA if vehicle is on danger of falling.
t
STAY ALERT. Watch what you are doing. Use common sense. Be aware.
t
CHECK FOR DAMAGED PARTS. Check for alignment of moving parts, breakage of parts or any condition that may
t
affect its operation. Do not use jack if any component is broken or damaged.
NEVER remove safety related components from the jack. Do not use jack if safety related components are damaged or
t
missing.
When the jack is being lowered, make sure everyone is standing at least six feet away.
t
Be sure there are no tools or equipment left under the jack before lowering.
t
Always lower the vehicle down slowly and smoothly.
t
DO NOT drive or ride vehicle over jack frames at any time.
t
MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
t ALWAYS keep bolts tight. Check periodically.
t ALWAYS keep lift components clean.
t ALWAYS replace FAULTY PARTS before equipment is put back into
operation.
t DAILY: Make a visual inspection of ALL MOVING PARTS and check for
excessive signs of wear.
t DAILY Check safety locks to ensure they are in good operating condition.
t DAILY: Inspect lift pads for damage or excessive wear. Replace as required
with genuine QuickJack parts.
t WEEKLY: Check all bolts and pins to ensure proper mounting.
t MONTHLY: Lubricate all hinge points and check for excessive wear.

t SEMI MONTHLY: Check fluid level of Power Unit and refill if required per installation instructions.
t Replace all caution, warning or safety related decals on the QuickJack if unable to read or missing. Reorder labels
