108 Seats and stowing
* NOTE Damage to the seats when adjust-
ing
The seats may be damaged by objects when
adjusting the seats.
When adjusting the seats, make sure

that there are no objects in the footwell,
under or behind the seats.
* NOTE Damage to the roof lining during
adjustment
The roof lining may be damaged when you
adjust the front seats.
Adjust the head restraint first before
#
adjusting the seat height.

Seat fore-and-aft position
To adjust the seat fore-and-aft position: lift
#
lever 5 and slide the seat into the desired
position.
Make sure that the seat is engaged.

Adjusting the front seat electrically
The switches for adjusting the seats do not move.
You will therefore receive no direct feedback on
the switch while pressing the switch. Feedback is
provided only by the movement of the seat.
