To change the product to rear-side
discharge mode
1. Lift the rear cover and remove the mulch plug.
2. Install the discharge chute.
3. Release the rear cover and put it on top of the
discharge chute.
To cut grass without a grass catcher or
mulch plug attached
• Lift up the rear cover and remove the grass
catcher.
• If a mulch plug is attached, remove it.
• Close the rear cover before you operate the
product.
When you operate the product, the cut grass
discharges below the rear cover.
To start the product
1. Put a charged battery in battery compartment
number 1 below the battery cover. For longer
operation time, put a second charged battery
in battery compartment number 2.
2. Close the battery cover.
Note:
Always keep the battery cover closed
during operation.

3. Stay behind the product.
4. Push the ON/OFF button (A) on the control
panel.

5. Push the motor brake handle in the direction
of the handlebar. The green LED (B) flashes.
6. Push the blade start/stop button to start the
blades.
