After unpacking, check the supplied items against the packing list
contained in the carton.

2.2 System Configuration and Connection
Discuss with the hospital's network administrator and prepare the
system configuration diagram and device connection table. In doing
so, decide which device will be the master.
Master IDT : The IDT-IV or IDC-IV that will control date and time
or HOST information.
Make sure to set one unit in the network as the master.
Of all the IDT-IV and IDC-IV units, the master should
be the device that is operated the longest.
Slave IDT : All IDT-IV and IDC-IV units except the master IDT.
