CR Console Operation Manual INTRODUCTION This manual explains how to operate the portable exposure function at the CR Console. For other functions/operations, refer to the “ CR Console OPERATION MANUAL ” and “ CR Console OPERATION MANUAL, THE USER UTILITY OPERATIONS. ” PRECAUTIONS FOR USE When using the POCKET id Console, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following, in order to forestall any possible trouble.
CR Console Operation Manual OPERATIONS Overview The portable exposure function represents a function designed to enable the registration of IPs outside the X-ray room. By importing study information into this POCKET id Console from the CR Console, it becomes possible to register IPs on this hand-held unit. IP-registered information can be reflected on the CR Console.

To cancel the transmitted (checked-out) status, you must perform cancellation of the transmitted status of a study. CR Console Operation Manual NOTE • If the ID number that has just been entered is already registered with an exposure menu of a study being held by the POCKET id Console, the following confirmation dialog appears. Select either of the options. Yes : Cancels the IP registration of the same IP number to the existing exposure menu, and registers the IP number to the currently selected exposure menu.
CR Console Operation Manual Image rotation/flip setting You can set an image rotation/flip mode. After selecting an exposure menu, select “ RotateFlip .” The image rotation/flip setting dialog appears. Select one of the icons, and choose “ OK .” : Normal image : Flips horizontally.

The technologist change is reflected to all exposure menus of the currently displayed study, each of which has no IP registered to it. After selecting an exposure menu that has no IP registered to it yet, choose “ Change Tech .” The technologist selection dialog appears.

Place the POCKET id Console on its dedicated cradle. Whenever receiving studies, be sure to perform receive operation on the source CR Console from which the studies have been transmitted.

When the study reception completes after a while, the Study list window on the POCKET id Console is updated. The studies that have been received are deleted from the POCKET id Console.
