Use the correct detergent dosage to
achieve optimal washing results and
save resources.
The detergent dosage depends on:
¡ The amount of laundry
¡ Degree of soiling
Water hardness
Hardness range

These example values refer to a
standard load of 4–5 kg.
Soiling
Water hardness: Soft/medium
Water hardness: Hard/very hard
The dosages can be found on the
manufacturer's packaging.
¡ If you are not using manual
dosage, adjust the dosage to the
actual load.
¡ If intelligent dosing is activated, do
not adjust the dosage to the actual
load capacity. The quantity of de-
tergent and fabric softener is auto-
matically calculated via the "basic
dosage" → Page 42 and the
amount of laundry detected. The
basic dosage setting must always
comply with the dosage for a load
of 4.5 kg.
