When you use the Space Saver Keyboard, the device driver of the
Utility Diskette automatically disables or enables the TrackPoint III of
WIN
the computer when computer power is turned on. To install the
device driver, do the following:

Turn on the computer and start the operating system;
then insert the Utility Diskette into the diskette drive.

At the command prompt, type A:UINSTALL and press
Enter.
The following screen appears:
Type the SOURCE drive leter (A-Z). When you install a program, the
SOURCE drive letter is the location you are installing FROM.

Press Enter and follow the instructions on the screen
until the Installation Options menu appears.

Select the following according to your operating system:
If you are using OS/2, select Install IBM ThinkPad
Space Saver Keyboard Driver for OS/2.
If you are using DOS or Microsoft Windows, select Install
IBM ThinkPad Space Saver Keyboard Driver for DOS.

Follow the instructions on the screen.

After the installation has been successfully completed,
close all applications, remove the Utility Diskette, and
restart the system.
