Introduction
The present document describes the Graphical User Interface (GUI) that allows to initialize and control the EVAL-L9026-
Y0 evaluation board by changing parameters through the SPI protocol. The L9026 GUI has been developed using, as
microcontroller interface, the PT&S Connect.

    To use the EVAL-L9026-Y0 GUI the PT&S connect must be programmed with the dedicated Firmware (EVAL- L9026-Y0.elf). In the following paragraph it will be shown the procedure to program the PT&S Connect using the ST toolchain based on SPC5-UDEDEBG: Start UDE Visual Platform If not yet done, create a New Workspace for SPC56M.

    UM2803 GUI description GUI description In order to run the GUI, once extracted the EVAL-L9026-Y0.zip archive please click on PTS_GUI.exe. To exit the GUI the user should choose the menu "File" and click on EXIT. The GUI is composed by three main tabs: Config, Normal Operation and SPI. The other tabs are used for Serial log and PTS connect PIN configuration.

    UM2803 Config Tab Config Tab The Config Tab is used for the preliminary configuration of L9026. There are 6 parts: Parallel input configuration: to configure the functionality of parallel input IN0 and IN1 of L9026. Pushing on the radio button it is possible to associate the parallel input to one of the outputs. For further information please refer to L9026 datasheet.

    UM2803 SPI Tab Except Driver 0 and Driver 1 that are only High Side (HS) driver, all the other drivers can be configured, according to the HW configuration of EVAL-L99026-YO, either as Low side (default) or as High Side clicking on the HS/LS button.
