(2) Max. power of PV system
The MPPT controller has a current/power limiting function, that is, during the charging
process, when the charging current or power exceeds the rated charging current or
power, the controller will automatically limit the charging current or power to the rated
charging current or power, which can effectively protect the charging parts of the
controller and prevent the controller from being damaged due to the connection of
some PV modules with overspecification. The actual function of the PV system is as
follows:
Condition 1:
actual charging power of the PV system ≤ nominal charging power of the controller
Condition 2:
actual charging current of the PV system ≤ nominal charging current of the controller
