QB-78K0LF3-TB ユーザーズ・マニュアル
本製品は、ルネサス エレクトロニクス製のプログラミング機能付きオンチップ･デバッグ･エミュレータ QB-MINI2(以下 MINICUBE2)を使用
して、マイコンの動作を試すためのターゲット･ボードです。
①78K0/LF3 ターゲット･ボード(QB-78K0LF3-TB)の特徴
●78K0/LF3(μPD78F0485GK)搭載
●メイン･クロック 8MHz で動作可能(2.7V～5.5V 供給時)
●ユニバーサル･エリア(2.54mm ピッチ)を搭載
●フラッシュ･メモリ･プログラミング(TxD6,RxD6 端子使用)、オンチップ･デバッグ(OCD0A,OCD0B 端子使用)に両対応
●マイコンの端子を周辺ボード･コネクタに配置した高拡張性
●鉛(Pb)フリー対応品

基板上のパターン について:パターンをカットすることで、その回路はオープンとなります。
再度接続させたい場合は半田ショートしてください。
P46,P47 を使用する場合は LED の右隣のショートパッドをパターンカットしてください。
④使用上の注意
・オンチップ･デバッグを行う時は、DIP スイッチ(SW2)の 1～4 を ON、5～7 を OFF にしてください。
・プログラミングを行う時は、DIP スイッチ(SW2)の 1～4 を OFF、5～7 を ON にしてください。
・DIP スイッチ(SW2)の 8 は P45 へ接続されています。通常は ON で使用してください。
・本ボードを MINICUBE2 と接続してオンチップデバッグ機能を使う時には必ず MINICUBE2 に添付の 78K0-OCD ボード
を使用してください。プログラマ機能を使う時は 78K0-OCD ボードを外して使用してください。
・本製品に関してのサポートはお受けしておりません。初期不良の場合に限り、交換いたします。

The QB-78K0LF3-TB is a target board used for evaluating microcontroller operations, using the QB-MINI2, the Renesas
Electronics on-chip debug emulator with programming function (hereinafter referred to as MINICUBE2).
(1) 78K0/LF3 target board (QB-78K0LF3-TB) features
● Incorporates 78K0/LF3 (μPD78F0485GK)
● Main clock is a 8MHz, operation enabled (@ 2.7 to 5.5 V)
● Equipped with universal area (2.54 mm pitch)
● Supports both flash memory programming(using TxD6/RxD6 pins) and on-chip debugging (using OCD0A /OCD0B pins)
● Highly extendable; peripheral board connectors are equipped with microcontroller pins
● Lead-free (Pb-free) product

When using P46 and P47, cut off the short pad on the right side of LED.
(4) Notes on use
● When using the on-chip debug function, turn on 1-4 of the DIP Switch(SW2) and turn off 5-7 of the DIP Switch(SW2).
● When using the flash memory programming , turn off 1-4 of the DIP Switch(SW2) and turn on 5-7 of the DIP Switch(SW2).
●8 of the DIP Switch(SW2) is connected with P45. Please use it by turning on usually.
● When using the on-chip debug function with this board connected to MINICUBE2, be sure to use the 78K0-OCD board supplied
with MINICUBE2. When using the programmer function, remove the 78K0-OCD board.
● Renesas Electronics will not provide any support for this board, but the board can be exchanged with a new product only when
it has an initial failure.
