LEVEL PROBE CHECK
There are two level probes:
- one in the clean water tank (E) which we shall call LEVEL1
- one in the waste water tank (D) which we shall call LEVEL2
LEVEL1 - indicates the MIN LEVEL and MAX LEVEL of the clean water tank
LEVEL2 - indicates the MAX LEVEL of the waste water tank
Remove the steel cap from the tank and act according to the two following procedures to
check probe operation:
1) with the autoclave switched on, make the float slide to check that the signal is read on
the control panel leds.
By acting on the float of LEVEL1, the following leds should light up:
 MIN LEVEL (12): when the float is at the bottom of the probe rod.
 MAX LEVEL (11): when the float is at the top of the probe.
By acting on the float of LEVEL2 the WASTE LEVEL (10) led should light up when the
float is at the top of the probe.
2) using the tester, check the continuity as follows:
ORANGE – WHITE --> MAX LEVEL
ORANGE – BROWN --> MIN LEVEL
In order to connect the wires of LEVEL1 to the connector leading to the main electrical
system, refer to the pictures below:
