The operator has interrupted the cycle, by pressing the
Reset the alarm and start again a cycle
Replace the DRIVE PANEL (C); (in case the alarm occurs each time a cycle is started, it
is possible to have some problem on the push button on the front drive panel)

The autoclave needs more than 10 minutes to reach the vacuum
Preliminary activities: make sure that the distance between the back side of the
autoclave and the wall has been respected (chapt. 6); in case the hot air can't comes out
of the fans in the proper way, this may provoke an overheating of the vacuum pump, with
consequent performance loss and damages on the membranes.
Preliminary activities: clean the gasket of the door and the external ring of the chamber,
where the gasket lean, and perfectly dry the chamber
Verify the valve EV6, which has to open and close alternatively, whereas the vacuum
pump is working. In case of anomalous working:

Check the coil (procedure P02) and in case replace it

Check and in case replace the body of the valve
If during the cycle the autoclave suctions air from the bacterial filter, check the valve EV5
If at the end of the cycle some water remains into the chamber, check and in case replace
the valve EV4.
Check the internal cleaning of the vacuum pump and in case replace the wear
components (procedure P04) or the same pump
If the problem has not yet been individuated, run a SERVICE TEST (read par. 08.3 point 7)
When the autoclave is in pressure, check eventual losses on the following components
(procedure P06):

Door gasket -> replace the gasket

Pneumatic Circuit -> replace the damaged part of the pipe

Connection of the temperature probes -> replace the ogives (procedure P05)

Radiator -> replace the pierced radiator

Connections and nut of the chamber -> replace eventual broken or old connections

Sleeve welded on the chamber -> replace the chamber
