Suggested Recipe
For melting Chocolate.
Method:
Directly melt 20 grams of chocolate for 30 seconds in a pot.
For simmering or keeping food warm.
For stewing soup.
For poaching egg.
Method:
Swirl the water to create
a
tornado. Slide in the egg once the water
is hot enough and poach for 3 minutes.
