- Page 2 Assembly Instructions Art. nr: 10624 These assembly instructions explain how to mount the Slow Down Brake on the Carl-Oskar and Rebel rollators. General information The Slow Down Brake fits all widths and heights of the Carl-Oskar and Rebel rollators. It can also be mounted on Carl-Oskar RA and Walking Table, Rebel RA and Walking Table as well as on Carl-Oskar for heavy users and Rebel for heavy users.
