The library

Everything related to loading/saving patches, multi, etc. is done on this page. The data is
stored on a SD card (SDHC cards are supported) formatted in FAT16 or FAT32 format,
inserted at the back of Ambika. In case the SD card is incorrectly formatted, incorrectly
inserted, or damaged, the following text will be displayed every time you try to display the
library page:
/!\ SD card I/O error
/!\ SD card I/O error
Press S8 to continue and try blowing on the SD card connectors.
If the card is correctly inserted and formatted, the main library page will be displayed:
pt 1 program
.A000 junon
|
init | send | save | versions
The first row displays the following information:
• pt 1 program is the current "object", that is to say the kind of thing you want to
load/save from/to the memory card. In this case, you will be browsing the list of
programs and they will be loaded into part 1.
• A000 indicates the bank and object number. Banks are identified by a letter from A
to Z ; objects are identified by a number from 000 to 127. The dot before A000
indicates that the version in memory is different from the version stored on the
card.
• junon is the object (here a program) name.
The second row is a list of commands. Each command is associated with a switch. For
example, S2 performs the init command, S3 the send command, and S8 the exit
command. To quit the library page, you thus have to press S8 (*exit* command).
