Using the Expanded remote —
1.
Press On.
2.
Press SETUP, then immediately press button 15.
3.
Press SETUP.
4.
Press button 1-8, depending on which mode you want.
The CP-3
PLUS
should now be in the selected "You Are Here" mode and
capable of responding to commands from a master programming remote.
Attempts to use the Expanded remote will fail and cause the "Wrong
Remote" message to be displayed (unless the unit is powered off, then on
again using the Expanded remote.)
