- Page 4 Remove the cushions (#4) and the slats (#6) from behind the zipper of the back of the headboard (#1). Align the 2 support rail legs (#7) with the pre-drilled holes of the support rail (#5). Prepare 4 bolt assemblies by inserting FIRST the lock washer (#B) onto the bolt (#A) and then the flat washer (#C) onto the SAME bolt (#A), in that order.
