stones from stone fruit.

able for cutting up very hard ingredients,

The universal blade is suitable for cutting
up food, e.g. meat, hard cheese, onions,
garlic, fruit, vegetables, herbs, nuts and al-
monds. The kneading hook is suitable for
kneading small amounts of dough.

Note: If the gear attachment is a bit stiff to
fit, turn the three-piece coupling on the un-
derside of the attachment slightly and try
again.

Carrier disc with cutter inserts
The carrier disc with cutter inserts is suit-
able for cutting, shredding and grating
food, e.g. fruit, vegetables and cheese.
