UNLOADING PROCEDURE CONT'D

Proceed to main control panel on left hand side

Follow the unloading procedure, NOTE: On tipping model if "EXCESSIVE
WATER" light comes on water tanks must be drained until "EXCESSIVE WATER"
light stops flashing to allow to tip. If height is a problem, rotate boom to 90°
and tip.
5.
Remove sewer hose from holder and disconnect Safety Ratchet Strap
OPERATION
a.
"Door Unlock" flashes hold in until "Door Open" light flashes.
b.
Press "Door Open".
c.
Press "Tank Tip"
d.
Press "Tank Flush".
e.
Press "Tank Down"
e.
Press "Door Close", hold in until "Door Lock" light flashes.
f.
Press "Door Lock"
A continuous light indicates operation completed.
Flashing light indicates next operation that can be performed.
If height is a problem when tipping, use the remote control to unlock and rotate
the boom 90 deg. (Tipper Only)
NOTE:
Any interruption to this sequence and the system will freeze. The only
way to reset the system is to manually override the hydraulics and
return the out of sequence functions to their correct position.
This operation should only be carried out by trained personnel.
6.
Prior to closing check rear door seal and sealing area is clean and clear of debris
so not to damage door seal.
7.
Reverse procedure and system are now ready for next task.
