Check collector body debris level and if not requiring emptying move to next
location.

Check overload warning light is not flashing. If so, drain excessive debris water
or main water tank until light goes off. (Optional)
DE-WATERING FACILITY
To optimise payloads the 'Extractor' collector body is fitted with a de-watering
system to enable drain off excess water. This is located on the rear door.
The system is simple to use, simply fit a drain hose to the 80mm drain valve, run hose
out to drain and open valve. If the De-water screen becomes blocked turn the valve off,
disconnect the hose and turn the Vacuum pump on.
HYDRO-EXCAVATION/HAND GUN CLEANING (If Applicable)
1.
Follow "Spotting and Set Up" instructions as per clauses 1-15 under this
section.
2.
Secure hand gun assembly to hose end fitting on small reel and unroll hose
length required.
3.
Activate Remote Controller (as listed at end of this section) and turn Hydro pump
switch located on the main control panel on left hand side of unit to "ON"
4.
Turn "ON" vacuum pump on Remote Controller and the system is ready to be set
to work.
5.
Upon completion of job or upon reaching load limit, shut down system by
following clauses 16 and 20 under "Setting to Work".

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Main water pump cannot be engaged while hydro pump is
activated.
Dewatering of the debris tank is not recommended when
hydro-excavating, as the water content of the debris allows for
a more effective unloading.
It is important to unload debris on a regular basis so as not to
permit compaction of debris.
