Enabling Removal of Cable Kit

This section describes preparation for removing the cable kit.
Note - To completely shut down the system, all the power cords must be disconnected.
There is a risk of electrical failure if the power cords are not disconnected.
1.
Log in to the XSCF shell.
2.
Execute the showlogs command to identify the maintenance-target component.
XSCF> showlogs error
For details, see "3.3.5 Checking log information."
3.
Power off all the physical partitions.
For details, see "5.2 Powering Off Physical Partition under Maintenance."
4.
Execute the replacefru command to release the maintenance-target crossbar
backplane unit from the system.
