Warnung!
Das Spannsystem spannt Bauteile nur dann zuverlässig, wenn das Werkstück
und die Spannfläche plan aneinander aufliegen. Schon geringe
Verschmutzungen zwischen den Auflageflächen können eine Fehlfunktion
hervorrufen. Wenn ein geregelter Späneabfluß nicht sichergestellt werden
kann, muss die Spannfläche vollflächig von der Palette, dem Werkstück oder
der Vorrichtung abgedeckt werden.
Ansonsten ist auch eine Teilabdeckung der Spannfläche zulässig.
Weiterhin können Oberflächenungenauigkeiten eine Fehlfunktion
hervorrufen.
Reinigen Sie die Auflageflächen und Spannfläche stets gründlich, bevor Sie
Bauteile einspannen!
Achten Sie auf exakt zentrische Anordnung von Spannbolzen bzw. plane
Anlage des Werkstücks und den Spannstellen!
Prüfen Sie die Spannkraft des Spannsystems regelmäßig!
Warning!
The clamping system only clamps components reliably if the workpiece and
the clamping surface lie flat against each other. Even slight contamination
between the contact surfaces can cause a malfunction. If a controlled chip
flow cannot be ensured, the clamping surface must be fully covered by the
pallet, workpiece or fixture.
Otherwise, partial covering of the clamping surface is also permissible.
Furthermore, surface inaccuracies can cause a malfunction.
Always clean the contact surfaces and clamping surface thoroughly before
clamping components!
Make sure that the clamping bolts are arranged exactly centrically and that
the workpiece and the clamping points are in plane contact!
Check the clamping force of the clamping system regularly!
