; ZeroClamp patented Zero Point technology with the highest accuracy and
rigidity with 2.5 µ m (0.0001") repeatability. Thermal growth is always at
the center point of the console, important for accurate 5 axis machining.
; Offering high clamping forces of 50,000 N/50 kN, 11,240 lbs with 4
integrated 90 mm Zero Point clamping units, over 5.5 tons.
; Compact low profile design only 40 mm high by 160 mm SQ.
(1.57" X 6.3" SQ.).
; 90 degree indexing X 4, rotate for your 2nd operation.
; Use with ZeroClamp 80/120 mm ZeroVise
studs 80 mm C/C or 203 mm/ 8"pallets, fixtures, direct part clamping,
dovetail fixtures and 52/96 mm mounting pattern vises with adapter plate.
