Errors shown on the front display

When an error is shown on the front display, check it in the following table.
Message
Check speaker
The speaker cable(s) are
shorted.
wires
The media server (PC/NAS) is
Access denied
denying access.
There is a problem with the
Access error
network.
Unable to play
Music files cannot be played.
An internal error has occurred
Internal error
with this product.
Remote ID
The ID of the remote control
does not match.
Mismatch
Error in updating the
Version Error
firmware.
Error in updating the
Update Failed
firmware.
Contents
Firmly twist the core wires of each of the speaker cables and then
reconnect them to this product and the speakers. For more details, refer
to the following.
"Connecting speakers" (p.27)

Change the share settings of the media server (PC/NAS) so this product
can access the folders on the media server.
Check whether the router and/or modem are ON and whether this
product is connected properly with the router (or hub). For more details,
refer to the following.
"Connecting a network cable (wired connection)" (p.36)

"Preparing the wireless antenna (wireless connection)" (p.37)

Make sure the files are playable on this product. Refer to the following
for the music file formats supported by this product.
"Supported file formats on this product (network)" (p.137)

If the file(s) are supported by this product but still cannot be played, the
network may be overloaded.
Please contact an authorized Yamaha service center to have it repaired.
Change the remote ID of the main unit or of the remote control so the ID
matches. For more details, refer to the following.

Try updating the firmware again. For more details, refer to the following.

Update the firmware again.
