Disconnect the fan cable from the system board.

Turn the computer right side up with the front toward you.
5.
Open the computer.
6.
Release the ZIF connector (1) to which the display panel cable is attached, and then disconnect
the display panel cable from the system board.
7.
Detach the display panel cable from the system board. (The display panel cable is attached to the
system board with double-sided adhesive.)
