The Add New Hardware Wizard dialogue will display.

Install the USB device driver from the Software and Documentation
CD-ROM by following the instructions on the screen. During the
installation specify the location of the USB Driver on the Software and
Documentation CD-ROM as follows:
For Windows 98: "Drivers\Pp4110W\Win98\Gb\Gdi\Drv\usb"
For Windows Me: "Drivers\Pp4110W\Win Me\Gb\Gdi\Drv\usb"
