    About this manual About this manual Information about the manual This manual describes the mounting of a UNIQUIN electromodule as part of a UNIQUIN partition wall system and includes maintenance and care information. For the complete installation of the UNIQUIN partition wall system, further unit components and installation manuals may be required as specified in the project-related unit drawing, e.g.

  • Page 14 Mounting instructions Installation preparation TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS • The cable cannot be routed on the hinge side through the door frame profile. • Plan the wiring so that the cables are routed through the door frame profile from below into the electromodule.
  • Page 15 Mounting instructions Installation preparation TIPS AND RECOMMENDATIONS The recess that may already have been cut out during installation of the mounting profile with dimensions 15 mm x 15 mm is not sufficient for the cable bushing. Cut out the recesses on the cover profiles as required, e.g. for joint mounting (Abb. 9).

If applicable remove the silicone seals from the cover profile for the door frame. Drill and deburr the external drill holes through both sides of the cover profile according to the planned cable routing using the correct methods with a metal drill.

Ensure that the electrical installation is additionally protected with an RCD protector (according to DIN VDE 0100-410:2007-06) as well as the circuit breaker. Complete the electrical installation on site before commencing operation ad check according to DIN VDE 0100-600:2017-06.
