GAS GRILL GENERAL WARNINGS WARNING This outdoor cooking gas appliance shall be used only outdoors and shall not be used in a building, garage or any other enclosed area. This outdoor cooking gas appliance is not intended to be installed in or on boats. This appliance is not intended to be installed in or on recreational vehicles.
USE OF LP GAS CYLINDER AND INSTALLATION BEFORE INSTALLING: The installation must conform with local codes or, in the absence of local codes, with either the National Fuel Gas Code, ANSI Z223.1/NFPA 54, Natural Gas and Propane Installation Code, CSA B149.1, or Propane Storage and Handling Code, B149.2,or the Standard for Recreational Vehicles, ANSI A 119.2/NFPA 1192, and CSA Z240 RV Series, Recreational Vehicle Code, as applicable.
DANGER DO NOT connect this grill to an existing #510 POL cylinder valve with Left hand threads. The Type 1 valve can be indentified with the large external threads on the valve outlet. DO NOT connect to a propane cylinder exceeding this capacity. DO NOT connect to a cylinder that uses any other type of valve connection device.
WARNING The pressure regulator and hose assembly supplied with your gas grill must be used. Replacement pressure regulators and hose assemblies must be those specified by the grill manufacturer. Do not attempt to connect it to any other fuel supply source. Do not attempt to adjust or repair the regulator.

LEAK TEST WARNING DO NOT SMOKE WHILE CONDUCTING LEAK TEST. NEVER PERFORM LEAK TEST WITH AN OPEN FLAME. Perform test OUTDOORS only in a well ventilated area. If it is evident there is excessive abrasion or wear, or the hose is cut, it must be replaced prior to the appliance being operational.
LIGHTING INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE LIGHTING WARNING Inspect the gas supply hose prior to turning the gas “ON”. If there is evidence of cuts, wear, or abrasion, it must be replaced prior to use. Do not use the grill if the odor of gas is present. Only the pressure regulator and hose assembly supplied with the unit should be used.
LIGHTING THE SIDE BURNER (Side burner): DANGER Never close the SIDE BURNER LID during operation 1. Read all instructions before lighting. 2. Open lid during lighting. 3. Push and turn main burner knob slowly to HI. The side burner should light immediately. 4.
DANGER Keep your face and hands as far away from the grill as possible when lighting it. FLAME CHARACTERISTICS This procedure outlines how to check for proper burner flame characteristics. Burner flames should be blue and stable with little yellow tips, with no excessive noise, or lifting.

You should inspect the burners at least once a year or immediately after any of the following conditions occur: The smell of gas in conjunction with the burner flames appearing yellow. The grill does not reach temperature. The grill heats unevenly. The burners make popping noises.

When an appliance is supplied on casters and is connected to the supply piping by means of a connector for movable appliances, the operator shall be aware there is a restraint on the appliance and, if disconnection of the restraint is necessary, to reconnect this restraint after the appliance has been returned to its originally installed position.
CHARCOAL GRILL GENERAL WARNINGS WARNING The maximum weight of charcoal to be used is 3.3lb (1.5kg). Too much charcoal may cause the gas component to over heat and malfunction. The charcoal chamber is for charcoal cooking only. Gas grill and side burner cannot be used for charcoal cooking.

IF USING CHARCOAL CHIMNEY STARTER, PROCEED TO STEP 5. If you choose to use charcoal lighting fluid, ONLY use charcoal lighting fluid approved for lighting charcoal. Do not use gasoline, kerosene, alcohol or other flammable material for lighting charcoal. Follow all manufacturer’s warnings and instructions regarding the use of their product. Start with 3.3 lb(1.5 kg ) of charcoal.

Grilling/Searing Step 1 Follow the instructions below carefully to build a fire. You may use charcoal and/or wood as fuel in the charcoal side of the Hybrid Grill (see “Adding Charcoal/Wood During Cooking” section of this manual). Adding Charcoal/Wood During Cooking Additional charcoal and/or wood may be required to maintain or increase cooking temperature. Step 1 Stand back and carefully open grill lid. Use caution since flames can flare-up when fresh air suddenly comes in contact with fire. Step 2 Wearing oven mitts/gloves, use charcoal tray adjuster to place charcoal tray at the lowest level of cooking chamber.
Proper Care & Maintenance Cure your grill periodically throughout the year to protect against excessive rust. To protect your grill from excessive rust, the unit must be properly cured and covered at all times when not in use. Wash cooking grates with hot, soapy water, rinse well and dry. Lightly coat grates with vegetable oil or vegetable oil spray.

Step 3.Insert the Wheel Axle (#38) through the Wheels (#27) and M12 Washer (#Q). Use the Hex Nut Wrench (#T) to fasten on the left leg. After the Wheel Axle is secured, attach the Wheel Cover (#39) on the wheel. Step 4.

Step 7. Screw the Leg Adjuster (#30) into the hole provided on each right leg bottom. The Leg Adjuster provides the function of grill leveling adjustment. Step 8. Connect the left and right leg units together using the Cart Brace (#26) as shown using 8 pcs of M6x12mm Bolts (#C).

Step 9. This step should be done by at least 2 people. Lift up the Grill Body (#1) and put on the top of the leg unit. The grill body and leg unit is secured by 6 pcs of M6x12mm Bolt(#C) as shown.

Step 11.Secure the two lids to the Grill Body (#1) by connecting the Upper Lid Hinge (#32) and the Lower Lid Hinge (#31) together using the Hinge Pin (#R) and Cotter Pin (#L) as shown. Note that the lid (2) has a chimney hole on the right side (ie. Charcoal chamber). Right Side Step 12.

Step 13. Insert the Charcoal Chimney (#3) through the Lid Chimney hole from inside the lid. The Chimney is secured by 2 pcs of M6x12mm Bolt (#C) and M6 Nut (#I). Attach Chimney Lid (#4) on the top of the chimney by using a Spring (#N) and M8 Cap Nut (#J). Step 14.

Step 15.Open the lid at charcoal chamber. Attach the Air Vent (#33) with an M6x12mm screw (#C) and M6 Locking Nut (#G) as shown. Step 16. Attach the Grill Handle (#9) to the right side of grill body using 4 pcs of M6x12mm Hexagonal Bolt(#F).

Step 17. Attach the Side Burner Hanger(#8) to the upper left side of grill body by using 4 pcs of M6x12mm Bolt (#C) and M6 Nut (# I). Attach the Gas Tank Block Bar (#37) to the lower left side of grill body by using a Wing Screw (#M).

Step 21. Installation of Side Burner component ** IMPORTANT NOTE: PLEASE REFER ENCLOSED APPENDIX FOR MORE DETAIL OF SIDE BURNER ASSEMBLY AND CHECK. Step 23. Open the side burner lid. Remove the pre-attached screws in the side burner valve. Attach the Side Burner Control Panel (#12) on the Side burner valve as shown in illustration 1 and 2. As shown in illustration 3, hold the valve in position and move up slightly per step 01, then fasten the pre-attached screws securely per step 02.

Step 26. Attach the Burner Knobs (#36) on each burner valve. Step 27. Pull out the charcoal grease tray which has been placed at the grill body bottom on the back side. Attach the Charcoal Grease Tray Handle (#35) by using 2 pcs of M6x12mm Bolts (C) 38 of 43 20111206-Ver7...

Step 28. Open the side burner lid. Place the Side Burner Cooking Grate (#13) Step 29. Place the Heat Distribution Plate(#25) and Gas Grill Cooking Grate(#15)in the gas grill chamber. These Gas Grill Cooking Grates are coated with porcelain. Also place the Charcoal Grill Cooking Grate (#16) in the charcoal grill chamber.

Step 30. Install the Warming Racks (#14) into each grill chamber as shown. These warming racks are secured by 2 pcs of M6 Cap Nut (K) and 2 pcs of M6 Nut (I). Step 31. Remove the pre-attached nut from Thermometer(#42). Attach the thermometers on each lid as shown.
