Only use the special application
Bake
  mode to dry food so that moisture can be dissipated.
Method
 Cut the food into similar sized pieces.
 Place the pieces on the rack covered with baking paper.
Tip: Bananas and pineapple are not suitable for drying in a combi steam oven.
