Only use the
Dehydrate
operating mode to dry food so that moisture can be dissipated.
 Cut the food into similar sized pieces.
 Place the pieces on the wire rack covered with parchment paper.
Tip: Bananas and pineapple are not suitable for drying in a combi steam oven.
