Assembly of Thermocouple Leads
Prior to commencing the procedure please ensure the following:
Acquire the appropriate materials to construct the thermocouple leads:
- Appropriate lengths of two core thermocouple cable,
- High temperature plastic thermocouple connector plug (rated to 220°C),
- High temperature silicone (rated to 320°C),
Ensure the following tools are to hand:
- Small star and blade screwdrivers,
- Wire strippers,
- Wire cutters,
- Magnet
