  • Page 2 Assembly Instructions 2/6 IMPORTANT Ÿ Use a soft cloth between these parts and the floor. Ÿ Do not use power tools above 8 volts to assemble. Ÿ Do not tighten all the bolts until each part is properly assembled. Ÿ The unit must be level to work properly.
  • Page 3 Assembly Instructions 3/6 STEP 3 Insert Base (F) into unit. Head Cap Bolt Attach Seat (A) to unit with Head Cap Bolts. Cover all holes with Wood Plugs. (See Figure 3) Figure 3 Wood Plug STEP 4 Wood Screw for Hook Hook Attach Hooks to Back Frame (J) by inserting Wood Screws for Hook...
  • Page 4 Assembly Instructions 4/6 STEP 5 Assemble Back Frames (J), (K) and (L) together. Head Cap Bolt STEP 6 Attach Side Panels (H) and (I) to unit with Head Cap Bolts.
  • Page 5 Assembly Instructions 5/6 Head Cap Bolt STEP 7 Attach Top (G) and Arms (M), (N) to unit with Head Cap Bolts. Wood Plug STEP 8 Attach top unit to base unit with Head Cap Bolts (short). Cover all holes with Wood Plugs. Level unit by adjusting the adjustable levelers on bottom of unit.

    Assembly Instructions 6/6 IMPORTANT Ÿ To help reduce the risk of the unit tipping over, the Tipover Restraint must be installed following these instructions exactly. STEP 9 Anchor in wall Wall Screw Pre-drilled hole Bracket on wall at top of unit Place unit at desired location.
