4.3 Mounting
Sensors with PTFE liner
At delivery, the sensor is mounted with wooden blanks to hold the liner in place during
transportation and storage. Do not remove the blanks until you are ready for installation. After
only a few hours without the blanks, the liner creeps back towards its original shape. As a result,
the installation is more difficult to carry out.

NOTICE
Sharp objects can damage the liner
Do not use sharp objects to remove the blanks as this can damage the liner.
At delivery, the sensor is mounted with blanks to protect the liner during transportation and
storage.
