Manual Configuration of LAN

If your Mailing System cannot connect through your LAN using the default LAN connection
settings, it may be necessary to manually configure the settings. Contact your network
administrator for the following required information:
Machine IP Address
-
Subnet Mask
-
Default Gateway IP Address
-
Preferred DNS IP Address
-
- Alternate DNS IP Address
Proxy URL
-
- Proxy Port Number
Proxy Login Name
-
Proxy Login Password
-

Instructions:

1. Power up the Base
2. Select the Menu button
3. Select Supervisor
4. Enter PIN Code, 09430
5. Select Communication Settings
6. Select Type of Connection
7. Select Internet LAN Settings
8. Select Manual and press OK
9. Enter the IP address press OK
10. Enter the Subnet Mask press OK
11. Enter the Gateway press OK

12. Enter the 1 DNS press OK

13. Enter the 2 DNS press OK
14. Press OK when the MAC address is displayed
15. Press OK at Proxy OFF
16. Depress Power Button twice, one second in-between
