Single Hand Mode for Convenient Operation

On the back of the unit there is a probe holder (15) for the
measuring probes. If you can not set the unit down or intend to
take longer rows of measurements, just clip one of the probes
into the holder on the back of the unit.
Now you can hold the unit with one attached probe in one hand
and the other probe in the other hand.
With the magnet holder (12) you can fasten the multimeter on
metallic surfaces, like electric cabinet doors. With this feature you
will have both hands free for work. For fastening the strap, pull
the ear (13) out of the unit and thread the strap through the
opening. Fasten the strap with the hook and loop fastener.

Function Keys

Switching the Unit On and Off
To turn the unit on, set the rotary function switch (4) to the
desired position. To turn the unit off, set the rotary function switch
to the OFF position.
When using the switch, make sure no voltage or current is on the
measuring probes.
Display Illumination (3) "LIGHT"
With the button (3) the backlight for the display (1) is turned on.
After approximately 7 seconds the light is dimmed and turned off.
To turn the light on, press the key again.
Function Key (8) "Non Contact Voltage"
With this button you can activate the non-contact voltage
function.
Function Key (9) "HOLD"
With the "HOLD"-button, you can "freeze" the current measured
value in the display (1). Press "HOLD" during measuring to
