COMMISSIONING

Start the water flow by rotating the diverter
control spindle (left hand side) clockwise for
the fixed shower head or anti-clockwise for the
handset.
Make sure that the hot and cold water supplies
are fully open and at (or near to) their design
temperature and pressures, and are within the
requirements as stated on page 2.
Allow the shower to run until the water
temperature has stabilised.
Rotate the temperature control spindle (fig.14)
until your maximum showering temperature is
reached.

FITTING THE CONTROLS

The mixer shower is supplied without the handle
controls fitted. Once a comfortable showering
temperature has been established, turn the
shower off using the diverter control (6 o'clock
position). Fit the handles as shown in figs.14,
15a & 15b.
IMPORTANT: DO NOT over tighten fitting
screws.
Fit the temperature control, making sure the
maximum temperature stop pin is as close to the
flat edge of the temperature stop as possible.
(figs.14 & 15a). Secure the temperature
control in place with the retaining screw and fit
the screw cap. DO NOT over tighten.
Fit the diverter control so that the lever is in a 6
o'clock position. Secure the flow handle in place
with the retaining screw and fit the screw cap.
DO NOT over tighten.
REMOVING THE HANDLES FOR
MAINTENANCE
Remove the lever cap from the temperature
control to allow access to the retaining screw.
Remove the retaining screw and pull the
temperature control off (figs.15a & 15b).
