The temperature control knob on the Triton AS2000XT adjusts the water temperature for the shower. It allows users to set and maintain their preferred temperature, and it works independently from the start/stop button. The thermostatic temperature control ensures the water temperature remains stable even if the water supply fluctuates elsewhere in the house.
