2 Normal use
2.1 Intended use
The clamping jaws 28272 PSG, PSK, and PSF are used to fix a telescope, fiberscope, or
instruments to a holding system.
2.2 Indications
The clamping jaws are used to fix flexible and rigid endoscopes and VITOM
POINT SETTER holding system during microsurgical or open procedures.
2.3 Contraindications
No contraindications relating directly to the product are currently known. Use of the instrument
is contraindicated if, in the opinion of the responsible physician, the patient's health is
endangered through its use.
2.4 Target user populations
The medical device may only be used by doctors and medical assistants with a relevant
specialist qualification.
2.5 Patient groups
There are no restrictions in terms of patient groups for this product.
