The left Signia Pure Charge&Go X hearing aid may not be working when listening to videos online due to the following possible reasons:

1. The hearing aid is turned off – Ensure the hearing aid is powered on.
2. The battery is low or depleted – Charge the hearing aid.
3. Connectivity issues – Check if the hearing aid is properly connected to the device streaming the video.
4. Volume is too low – Increase the volume.
5. Ear piece issues – Clean or exchange the ear piece.
6. Bluetooth or wireless interference – The use of accessories with an iPhone, iPad, or iPod may affect wireless performance.

If the issue persists, consult a Hearing Care Professional.
