Ash Removal Instructions
When finished grilling and grill is cool, open charcoal drawer.
Remove baffle plate and wire rack from drawer.
Empty ashes from foil tray.
Replace foil pan, baffle plate, then wire grate.
Turn OFF Instructions
Leave hood open and let charcoal burn out. If temperature is below 800 degrees then close
hood and "snuff" fire from oxygen and it will go out. Do not do this if temperature is above 800
degrees – too much heat will build up below the hood causing possible damage to your grill.
