A. Power failure occurred.

D. You have not touched the seat
sensing area.
E. Thermal protector to open
automatically to protect.

correct the symptom.
A. Screws and nuts are loose.
A. Seat does not detect user.

Probable Causes
A. The water supply stop is closed.
B. The seat sensor is not detecting
the user.
