    Before using the appliance for the first time: • Remove all the packaging materials and wash the grill plate, grease collecting cup and metal lid thoroughly. The grill plate and the grease collecting cup are both dishwasher safe. • Important: Dry all the parts thoroughly. Never immerse the detachable temperature regulator in water.

In the event of a fault, contact an authorized service center G21, who will either arrange for a repair or dispose of the device in an environmentally friendly manner.   • Page 28 1. Take the frame and accessories out from the packing box. Make sure the frame is placed on a dry, flat and stable surface. Pass the wheel axle (A) through the two holes at the end side of the leg tubes. Set the frame Standing leg (Z1) to the curved tube, fix the frame supporter and tubes with two M4*6 screws.

  • Page 31 6. After standing the frame up, you must set the safety locking unit (F) immediately. Press the spring (E) and hook the bent hook (F) on the extension part (E). Let go of the spring and it will retract to lock the safety hook unit automatically.
  • Page 32 7. Remove the screw from the frame (II), then install the standing tube (G1) onto the frame tube (II) and install the standing tube (G2) onto the frame tube (II). There is a positioning hole (IV) on the standing tube (G2), which is going to fix the bottom positioning projection of base.
  • Page 33 8. Set the bowl-shaped base (H) into the standing tube (G) to the bottom. Fix the bottom positioning projection of base into the positioning hole (IV). When removing the base from the standing tube (G), slightly step on the supporting tube (I), hold the handles of the base and take it off.
  • Page 34 9. Insert the fat collecting cup (J) into the bracket in the back of the bowl-shaped base (H) of the appliance. In order to fix it well, buckle the hole on the fat collecting cup into the positioning projection which is in the middle of the base (H).

  • Page 36 11. Insert the detachable temperature regulator’s pin (G) into the heating socket (L) to plug in the appliance. When removing the regulator, please hold the handle of the base to avoid overthrowing the appliance. Attention: Be careful not to trip over by the power cord when operating the appliance. Remember to remove the plug after use.
  • Page 37 12. Install the lid. Hold the lid handle (P) and the insert the metal hinges (O) into the installation holes (O) in the base. To remove the lid, open and tilt it to 45° upwards and detach the metal hinges (O) from the installation holes (Q). 12.
