INSTALL V-BELT ON DOUBLE PULLEY
(FIGURE 12)
IMPORTANT: Ensure the flat side of V-belt contacts idler
pulley and the V-side of V-belt contacts drive pulley and
double pulley.
1. Remove the hex bolts holding the right hand belt
cover. Remove belt cover.
2. Install V-belt on pulleys as shown in Figure 12.
NOTE: Use Idler Release Lever to move idler to a
position that makes belt installation easier.

INSTALL HOSE (FIGURE 13)

Blower Assembly
1. Install hose (item 9) onto the inlet adapter (item 1)
and secure with thumb latch.
2. Install hose (item 9) onto the blower assembly
(item 8).
NOTE: Lower deck to lowest position and trim hose
length as needed. The hose must fit in clip on the inlet
adapter (item 1) and over the hose adapter on the blower
assembly (item 8).
CAUTION: Deflected material may cause injury.
ALWAYS operate mower with bagger cover
closed and secured, blower assembly fastened
securely, or with chute deflector in operating
position.
