WARNING
TO REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY FROM MOVING PARTS AND/OR
ELECTRICAL SHOCK, TURN POWER SWITCH OFF AND DISCONNECT PLUG
FROM 12V OUTLET BEFORE PERFORMING TROUBLESHOOTING CHECKS.
NOTE: No lubrication is necessary as the motor is equipped with lifetime
lubricated bearings.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
Suction weakens or
cleaner runs hot
Vacuum does not run
Changing the FUSE
Note: Always replace fuse with a 10Amp FUSE of the same style.
1.
Turn and remove the fuse cap and pull out fuse.
2.
Insert new fuse inside the case and reinstall the fuse cap.
WARNING
IF ANY OF THE MOTOR HOUSING PARTS SHOULD BECOME DETACHED
OR BROKEN, EXPOSING THE MOTOR OR ANY OTHER ELECTRICAL
COMPONENTS, OPERATION SHOULD BE DISCONTINUED IMMEDIATELY
TO AVOID PERSONAL INJURY OR FURTHER DAMAGE TO THE VACUUM.
Cause
Clogged filter
Air leak
Obstruction in
hose or nozzle
No power
10Amp FUSE
Solution
Brush dirt from filter. If
continues, clean or change filter.
Check all fittings for tight fit
(nozzle, hose, etc.) Check that
tank cover is sealed properly.
Check nozzle, hose etc. for
obstructions, and remove if
present.
Make sure the 12 V outlet has
voltage. If it has voltage please
check the FUSE inside the
plug. If the FUSE is burned-out,
then replace it following the
instructions below.
